Our independent consulting and IPO house was founded in 2001 by experienced entrepreneurs and investment bankers.  The company has, since its inception, advised 60 mid-size companies with regard to their financing needs and helped raise a total of
€ 50 million for its clients.

Our range of value-added services includes the areas of strategic business planning including international operations consulting (particularly Eastern Europe), initiating and coordination of trans-European EU-projects, structuring finance, the creation of Business Plans and IPO advisory services (stock market entry).  Our area of expertise is expanded, when required, by utilizing the specialized knowledge of our partners.

If a client wishes and their company fulfils the necessary criteria, we are in the position to, following our consulting engagement, recommend the company as a potential investment candidate to the FIDURA Private Equity Funds.  Within the funds’ management FIDURA Capital Consult holds one of the three votes when it comes to investment decisions.
